I started at the age of 15 years, and a month ago, after being smoked over a pack of cigarettes a day for 22 years, quit.

For a long time, I heard several people telling me to stop smoking, that was bad, the damage I was doing was very large, and so on. Again and again, so I went in one ear and out the other without echo whatsoever. I was still smoking and no interest in quitting.

For a little less than a year, my son, age 8, began to tell me to suggest, to stop smoking, and although the mother urged him to tell me, was his tone, his face, his desire, I began to get attention.

Other people said the same, but his tone, more as a rebuke to counsel, does not motivate me enough.

Earlier this year, trained on various issues to overcome, personal finance, savings, etc.., I made a calculation of how much cigarettes cost me a year and the value was USD 650 + / – 5%. NO I took into account any value in medicine or doctor visits because of consumption, since I could not quantify that value.

The change was immediate, since that first day I smoked three cigarettes only truth, and by the fourth day and I smoked one. After 10 days with the device, it fails. That was the point that determined the change total. It was then that with a lot of willpower and courage, I decided it would not use the device over, he did not need even a single cigarette, real or electronic. And, although for security, I managed the electronic cigarette, NOT to use it again.

Well, that 20 days ago, and although it seems a short time, the message I want to convey is that God tells us things in different ways and that the power of mind and strength of will allow you to achieve dreams and goals I once believed unattainable.
